A well organized retro-commissioning project will follow a well defined process. Planning is essential because it will ensure that roles and responsibilities are clear within the team, that the right people are involved soon enough, and stay with the project long enough. The retro-commissioning planning process also provides the opportunity to gather support and gain commitment, coordinate different functions and resources, bring about cultural change, and communicate objectives and strategies to team members. This course is the second in a two-part series on the implementation of a retro-commissioning plan. This course will discuss the execution of the retro-commissioning plan, process and procedure.
